Shipping policy

ZAAZEY Shipping Policy

Please allow at least 24-48 business hours for order processing (and at least 3-5 business days during the holiday season). Our shipping days are Monday through Thursday and processing times that fall out of this timeframe will be processed the next available shipping day.  Items shipped to multiple addresses incur separate shipping charges, items shipping to different addresses must be entered as individual orders. We are not able to offer  shipping to recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or any other International addresses.

ZAAZEY uses various shipping methods and as much as we try the shipping is out of our control.  All packages will have a tracking number.   ZAAZEY is not responsible for processing and/or shipping delays that may occur due to being provided a P.O. Box address or incorrect addresses, weather or events beyond our control.  ZAAZEY is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances like weather delay.  

Please note that all packages are shipped to “deliver without signature” to ensure that the delivery will be made on the day scheduled.
