ZAAZEY return and refund  policy

Returns and exchanges will be done on a case-by-case system and the processing time varies accordingly. In cases a return is necessary, the product should be returned to:

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. In the event of breakage or leakage, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment and we will be happy to assist you on the matters. If your product was damaged during shipping, you must save all packaging materials and paperwork and submit photo evidence. We reserve the right to correct any orders that are damaged during shipping or that are defective.


We cannot accept incoming return shipments. Please use the contact ZAAZEY before returning item at  Laura@ZAAZEY.com to submit notice of any issues needing resolution; do not ship returns to us, unless directed to do so by a responding representative.


*Non damaged items that are not in new and unused condition and in the original manufacturer package will NOT be accepted for refund or exchange



Pricing Changes and Availability

Our products are subject to availability due to seasonal variations. ZAAZEY will do its best to communicate availability and update its website accordingly.


ZAAZEY reserves the right to make changes to it’s pricing to reflect changes in market supply.  We will strive to make the customer aware of any changes as soon as possible. Our web site shows the most current and up-to-date pricing and availability for all products.


Payment

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover for payment as well as PayPal. For additional payment methods for corporate gifts and wholesale orders, please contact us at laura@zaazey.com. All transactions are in US Dollars.


Storage 

During winter months when olive oil has been exposed to colder temperatures, the oil may appear cloudy or partially solidified.  Olive oil is not harmed by cold or freezing. Allow it to rise to room temperature and it should clear up the cloudiness.


For long term storage conditions, please follow the instructions on the bottle.
