  • Salmon for tartar; Cut the fillet salmon into small cubes. Extracted dill, chives and fresh onions. Cut the red onion into small cubes. Chop the pickles and black olives in a way that is compatible with other ingredients. Thin sand to give the door a bit of aroma. Grate the fresh ginger as desired or cut into small cubes. Combine all the chopped ingredients into a deep bowl. Mix with mayonnaise, freshly squeezed lime juice and mustard. Extract and chop into small cubes of avocado with freshly squeezed lemon juice and olive oil.
